We understand that sometimes measuring and fitting is to find tailor-made products for people, horses and ponies. That is why we want to help you with the return.

If you are a customer outside the EU, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with the correct return documents.

Return policy for customers within the EU.

Every customer within the European Union has the right to return one or more products and get your money back within 90 days from the time your order is delivered to initiate a return. The product must be unused and in the same new condition as when it was received.

Returns from the UK and USA.

If you want to return a product from the United Kingdom or the US, please contact us and indicate which product you want to return and we will help you with a return label.
